We asked our students to share their feelings about dancing, so we can share it with all of you. Here's what they had to say.

 

Dancing has done many great things for me, physically, mentally, and emotionally. I have more stamina, better posture and balance. Bets of all, it has brought fun back into my life. Dancing has made me more confident, and has become something I look forward to every day.  My husband and I share it, and I will keep dancing as long as I live.
