Jason Frost, Dance Director

Jason has been teaching Ballroom dancing since 1993. He studied with Joseph Bennetti, Cher Rutherford, Steven Knight, Bruno Collins, and Linda Joy. He has been Certified in all American Dances through Gold Level as well as Standard. Jason Moved to Florida from Virginia Beach with His Wife in 2003 where they opened Lake Mary Dance Studio. His Students Have won Top Student Prizes from Newcomers through Gold.

Helen Frost, Manager/Instructor

Helen has been involved ballroom dance since 1994. In 1996-2000, she received first Place in Every American Category from Bronze through Gold in  Cross Country Dance Championships and National Dance Championships.

Franklin Ceballos, Instructor

Franklin has been dancing Latin and Hip Hop Since he was 12, and Has been teaching Ballroom Dancing at Lake Mary since May 2006.
